To reproduce:
1. Remove the doctype line in sample.html to make samples open in quirks
mode.
2. Open replacebyclass.html in IE6.
3. Open the smiley dialog.
4. Many smiley icons are missing.
5. Open the special charater dialog.
6. There're scroll bars along the edges of the dialog.
