#3445: Cell properties are not set if cell contains a linked image (not IE)

If a table cell JUST contains an image wrapped with a link, then you
cannot set the cell properties. I suspect that the selected cells are not
being found.
To reproduce in Firefox:
Go to sample 1 demo page[[BR]]
Add a table to the page[[BR]]
Select a cell - and add an image - (I used one from my server)[[BR]]
Select the image[[BR]]
Add a link to the image[[BR]]
Select the table cell and right click.[[BR]]
Select Cell Properties and set Horizontal Alignment to Center[[BR]]
Click OK.[[BR]]
Select Source - to see that the <td> is unchanged.[[BR]]
Now select the image, and delete the link.
Setting the properties now works.
