Steps to reproduce:[[BR]]
1. Open nightly Ajax sample [[BR]]
2. Open Smiley dialog [[BR]]
3. Attempt to use keyboard to select a smiley. [[BR]]
[[BR]]
Result:[[BR]]
It is not possible to navigate the dialog via keyboard. [[BR]]
