#2949: FCK.GetNamedCommandValue( 'FontSize' ) always returns null / empty

GetNamedCommandValue will call the native browser implementation of
Commands, but that's too limited and it doesn't work with many situations.
So the Font Size combo is a based on the styles system, each entry has a
Style and in order to show one as active all of them are tested in the
FCKToolbarFontFormatCombo.prototype.RefreshActiveItems function.
