Fix for some minor problems in the testcases for the styles plugin.
Notes:[[BR]]
test_inline16 fails in IE8, but if the order of the style elements are
reversed then it fails in IE6 and IE7.
IE8 in compatibility mode fails tests inline14, 15 and 16, but the real
IE7 does pass them. So much for "compatibility"
