Ops!
That breaks the toolbar![[BR]]
I'm removing the review request, but this is a problem (the broken
toolbar) that people are gonna report very soon.
The reset stylesheet will be broken as soon as anybody uses a rule based
on IDs, so it should be reviewed or some warning be available in the
documentation.
