#3623: Editor is loading up in IE7 without contents

To reproduce the issue:
1. If you don't have IE7, install IETester and open an IE7 tab in it.
2. Delete all temporary internet files in IE7.
3. Go to http://nightly.ckeditor.com/3561/_samples/replacebycode.html.
4. The editor instances appear with no contents.
