Steps to reproduce:
-Insert the following source into the editor:

<noscript><a href= target='_blank'><img src= border='0'
alt=></a></noscript>
}}}
-Switch back to WYSIWYG
Results:
-IE: editor is empty
-FF: infinite loop, FF freezes.
