I have tried on today's nightly build
(http://nightly.ckeditor.com/3668/_samples/ajax.html). The effect is still
noticeable.
To reproduce, open the nightly sample in IE6 and once the editor has been
created, click on the Smiley dialog. Notice that it loads properly the
first time and that the editor does not disappear. Close the dialog and
open it again, this time when the dialog opens the whole page goes blank
for a fraction of a second. Sometimes this "fraction of a second" can go
beyond a second.
Tested on Win XP, IE 6.
