#3819: FF2 cursor issue when using combo features

To reproduce: [[BR]]
1. Open sample [[BR]]
2. Add text [[BR]]
3. Ensure cursor is at the end of a line of text [[BR]]
4. Use font size combo to select a different font size [[BR]]
Results: [[BR]]
Cursor is no longer at the end of the line of text. It appears as if the
cursor has "disappeared". When a user uses the mouse to position the
cursor into the same location, the selection from the Font Size combo is
ignored.
