#3844: Undo does not register all changes in document

It would seem that as soon as the editor becomes dirty the undo buffer
should reflect the changes that were made to the editor's content.
In some cases, changes to the editor do not trigger an "undo" event.
To reproduce: [[BR]]
1. Open Ajax sample. [[BR]]
2. Add text and destroy the editor [[BR]]
3. Create the editor again, it should have the content added previously.
[[BR]]
4. Add some text to the content without using ENTER. [[BR]]
Result:[[BR]]
Undo is not enabled, and the new change hasn't been registered.
