在IE7下，如果一个页面很长，FCKEDITOR在页面最底部，需要拉滚动条才能看见。页面顶部有超级链接，当在点击了FCKEDITOR进入编辑状态后，用鼠标移动滚动条（不能使用鼠票滚轮）到最顶部，点击任意超级链接，IE7会自动把焦点定位到FCKEDITOR中。

In IE7, if there is a very long page, and FCK editor is displayed at the
bottom of the page (only viewable after moving the scroll bar). When user
attempted to click the links on the top of the page when FCK editor is in
editing mode, and move the scroll bar to reach the top of the page (do not
use the scroll wheel), IE7 will automatically position back to FCK editor.
