Comment:
The patch is proposing of using [http://code.google.com/p/jslitmus/
JSLitmus] as the benchmarking framework, the core idea is allow easy
integration between existing YUI unit test case and performance test case
by the following way:
1. Any '''self hosting test'''(those doesn't require a 'setup' and have
same result regard multiple times of running) could be used as performance
test case without extra effort;
2. The performance tests could be optionally chosen to run together with
the unit test or run separately later.
