Replying to [ticket:3947 Senthil]:

For this one, simply set the {{{contentsLangDirection}}} setting to 'rtl'.
The fact is that the UI interface is completely unrelated to the contents.
We could have Arabic users writing in English, but still using the Arabic
localized UI.
