Description:
When there is an empty paragraph in the middle of content a random
character (0xA0) is inserted into that paragraph.
Reproduction:
Have two paragraphs of content. Place cursor on the end of the first
paragraph. Press Enter. Leave this new paragraph blank. Submit the form.
Random character (0xA0) gets inserted into the empty paragraph.
