In Opera 10 CK editor occasionally adds paragraphs. Sometimes inside empty
paragraph.
Load http://ckeditor.com/demo then click "Show blocks" — look at extra P
in the beginning of text.
Try to move cursor to the left with keyboard — here you have more <P>'s
