Hi,
http://www-3.ibm.com/software/os/dos/dos2000/dos_qa.html
looks as if PC DOS 2000 (50-60 USD) does not support LBA :-).
No FAT32 either, but good disk compression tools.
Also supports PCMCIA, and is Windows 3.x compatible.
I understand the last Q/A as "PC DOS 7 is abandonware, feel
free to grab it whereever you can find it" ???

http://www-3.ibm.com/software/os/dos/psm952sa.htmlseems to
call the size of the video BIOS neglible :-).

For other highlights:
http://www-3.ibm.com/software/os/dos/psm952a.html
Has several cool gimmicks, but no scandisk/qbasic.
http://www-3.ibm.com/software/os/dos/compare.html
... among others, low memory footprint.
Read the rest yourself...

I found this while checking links from:
http://386.eznos.org:80/links/
- TR-DOS is Turkish
- RMF-DOS aims to collect ReducedMemoryFootprint versions of DOS components
- PTS-DOS is kind of freeware ("buy" link is nonfunctional, and the demo
version is binary-identical as far as I understand)... or abandonware.
- we all know about DR-DOS and PC-DOS and FreeDOS by now :-).
...

Eric.

PS: RMF-DOS has no own kernel, and none of the other DOSes seems to
support LBA/FAT32 ;-).
