Linux is a multitasking system - you can run DosEmu more than once.
Where is the problem?

I think he means reproducing with DOSEmu int20h and others, but I don't think it would be ever possible to manage the possibility to reflect PM Ints to custom VxDs.
If some basic work on this (though task) would be done, it would be fun to see if Microsoft Windows (KRNL386.EXE) would ever run.
I am not interested in this project for the moment, sorry.
