[freecom] List changes coming

I haven't heard _any_ negative comments to changing the topica list 
setting to block html email and strip attachments.  So unless has a good 
reason to allow html email and attachments, I'll change the setting on 
fd-doc, fd-freecom, and fd-kernel tonight.

Sorry for the cross-post.  (When I make the change, I'll just announce 
it on the web site, instead of more cross-posting to the list.)
