Dont worry about property it is probably one of the easiest ones to pass. I did it the last time, the best way to attack it is to do: Sucession (guaranteed 2 full questions so do it in detail) adverse possession (always up in some form or another) Co-owenership Family prop and Co-habities Easements. Landlord and Tennant Mortgages Settled land (may be a full or half question but always a banker for a 5th question if you really stuck) you will be guaranteed 5 questions out of that also you can get away with leaving out all of tenure, i did and still had 7 questions on the paper.
