Doesn't give a definitive answer.Just goes on about inviobility of
dwellings,property rights on her part and Heaney v Irl on Ubi's part
(ie it's a catch all case that you quote when you're saying rights
must be balanced with other's rights bla bla)

The radio case is about self incrimination/right to silence.

To be honest looking at that paper I'd have struggled with it.!
