This is a very big favour to ask... Due to budgetary constraints, I'm working off Griffith manuals that are so out of date that they don't include details of the of the Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) Act 2001. If anyone has made notes on this chapter from a more recent manual, and has five minutes to spare, would they consider copying and pasting the notes into an email for me? In return, I could post out my copy of the Succession Act and the contract legislation. Believe it or not, I actually passed land and contract at the last sitting with notes of a similar vintage to my criminal notes...
