Yes, there is loads of parking within the RDS - you have to pay €6 at the gate but that covers you for the day. There is usually someone waiting at the gate to take the money and then you just go where he tells you to. Don't wear your best shoes though, sometimes you have to park in a show jumping arena which is full of sand.
