Definitely get the Succession Act.  Costs f*ck all and has most of the
intestacy rules in it and it has alot of the testacy stuff too.  If
nothing else it will jog your memory if you draw a blank or give you
pointers on where to start a particular question...I could understand
why someone wouldn't get the company acts but I wouldn't do property
without it considering it's only a couple of quid.

Available in the Government Publications off Dawson St which I think
someone has already mentioned...
