Totally agree with ya gaffer!  What the hell is up with that guy in
Neptune?  No point making announcements...we're all too psyched for
the exams to even listen.  What was he on about?  That Whest Cork
accent is too much for me to comprehend when in exam mode and then
switching on and off the lights!  Don't get me started...

As for the paper...where the hell was Charitable Trusts?  Anyway The
question on Mareva was a bit tricky but it is the solution you would
apply to that situation when you work in a law firm - didn't see
anything about tracing in it but the Judgements threw me a little bit
although it is the same as the 25k its money!  But the q on specific
performance - can't believe I forgot about Building Contracts and
services. doh!  Have this horrible niggling feeling that I may be back
repeating this one.
