Schnork and loststudent - you two seem to have had the same experience as me! I really thought it was quite a fair paper and I was happy when I read through the questions the first time but when I actually started writing, my brain seemed to freeze over! This was especially so with the three part freedoms questions. I knew some of the cases and yet I just couldn't write anything. From 11.30 to 11.45 I couldn't write a word. I think this must be related to his comment in the report that he wanted to test knowledge of the cases and this is how he did it. It's a nightmare though. I find it really worrying because I intend going to Blackhall this time next year so April will be my last shot. I'd better start reading the cases now....
