My property manual is two years old and as such has no info about the
Land and Conveyancing Bill 2006.
Would anyone be able to give a brief overview of the changes it will
bring to the different areas? If someone has notes on it Id be hugely
appreciative if they could send them to me, as reading through the
entire Bill is painful!
