Hi everyone, has anyone out there looked at the Succession Q No. 8 on the April 08 paper?
I'm trying to figure out the connection between the estate estimated at €3.4M and the house at €850K. If the husband is entitled to his LRS of 1/3, doesn't the math provided usually allow for that?
