I am nearly sure that it was yesterday, maybe that is why the site is down, but I'm sure if you phone them and explain that the site was down they might let you submit it.
Is anyone else having trouble with the William Fry application? It won't let me move on from one of the sections. I've filled out everything on it so it's weird.
