Guys, just looking for an opinon - in the Contract paper Oct 08, question 8 was "describe, with reference to case law, the rules of construction which are applied by the Irish courts to the interpretation of contracts".
As I was stuck for a 5th question and had no other option, I wrote about 4 pages with a ton of case law on the formal and evidentiary requirements of contracts/statute of frauds . . . do you think that the examiner would award any marks at all for this??
