Hey Padraig, I feel the exact same about my EU mark. I also got a pass on two and a half questions, and two and a half scribbles. (See my entry in the EU post-mortem!) I'm very confused about this. I passed criminal with a few marks to spare but only got 40 in company. I can't help but wonder if they mixed-up the EU and Company marks. It's doing my head in - I don't know how to feel. I think I will get company rechecked and hope that they leave the EU mark alone. Is anyone else getting a recheck in Company? Was it marked very hard. This is twice in a row now that I've felt hard done by in Company. I thought I had improved greatly for October but I got fewer marks. Maybe I shouldn't complain since I now have 7 out of 8, and that's exactly what I was expecting. Any advice / suggestions welcome! Fern
