The technique aspects are really common knowledge like timing etc, there is a focus on past questions but the questions looked at for some subjects I found were a bit too old like 2000/20002 vintage, they did deal with all the main points though in fairness, I suppose there was no real point in dealing with recent q's that only deal with small topics as the course is only 8 hours long
