Hi guys,
I am using notes for property law from the summer 2008. I was just
wondering has the Land and Conveyancing law reform bill 2006 actually
come into effect yet?The notes im using on this are kind of
vague...they seem to imply that the actual bill has been passed but
has not been implemented as of yet... Can anyone clarify this issue
please?
