Iv worked doing them as well, I found the best method was to sit down
with a topic have a list of the cases for that topic and learn them, if
you know the cases and some facts of each one or relate facts to each
case then you'll have a topic covered....I know you need to know
definitions etc but if you have an understanding of a case then you can
show an understanding of the area which is most important!

I am sitting four for the second time and although I have the majority
of my notes made I am still finding it difficult to say what I am doing
is "productive"!Has anyone any tips as to how to get the most out of
your study time! Work isn't helping!
