Hello,
Ok so we all know the Const reports are shite.
I really thought I handed up gold in Oct, but it was the only one I
failed. Can't understand it.It's the only one I have left now for this
sitting.
In Q1,it was about equality with one point about right to earn a
livig, yes?I also wrote about Art 37/McDonald v Bord na gCon...I get
confused over McDonald/Re Solicitors Act (which I Know only applies to
criminal matters) and Natural Justice/Fair Procedure.Does fair
procedure only have to be followed by a decision making body granted
judicial functions under statute as per Art 37? ie would, say, a GAA
disciplinary panel need to observe fair procedure if it could be
argued its decisions could affect the addresse's rights? eg their good
name?
Also...natural law v natural justice...what's the story there?Is
natural law natural rights inherent to people in their capacity as
human beings (Aristotle etc)?
Thanks.
