As far as exam topics everything is of importance and you should be
careful not to cull too much out but the following in a non binding
sort of way are particularly so:
1: Constitutional Interpretation.
2: The President – he seems to be interested in same .
3: He has never asked the prerogatives but eminently possible.
4: All of separation of powers – the closest think you have to a
banker.
5: The interaction of the Convention.
6: Electoral Issues.
7: Privacy.
8: Property and livelihood issues.
9: Expression.
10: The family.
11: Religion.
12: Due process/trial in due course of law – the second closest thing
you have to a banker.
I do not know if they supply a copy of the bunreacht I think they do.
Griffith lecturer wrote this just copied and pasted it for you.

. I've Criminal first on monday so I wont be looking at this subject
til thats over. out of the 4 im doing its the one im most worried
about but hopefully if i cover the bulk of the above with the help of
nutshells ! griffith manual is of little help as its way too bulky.
