Hi Fern!

Well I could be doing better. Constitutional is not going well and I
have it on Friday.

As for company, Im working along the same lines as you for the most
part.

Im covering:

Incorporation
Corporate Personality
Corporate Contracts / UV (Though up on last paper)
All of Directors (Though given the amount of times its been up lately,
I wouldnt be surprised if he perhaps cuts it to 1 qn, or a 2 parter)
S205 and Foss (Fingers Crossed!)
Corporate Borrowing and Retention of Title

And I am looking at all of Examinership, Receivership, Winding up and
Disposition (Not in huge detail but knowing the basics). I think
theres a fair chance of 1 qn here, though perhaps more given the
current climate.

At the minute I am staying away from Shares as I dont like them,
however theres probo a fair chance of Share transfer coming in
somewhere!!
