There is loads of stuff left out of it. If you look at the first page
he says some of what he has left out. I have handed up my treaties
from 2002 and I'm gonna chance taking in the 2009 one on the day so
that I'll have 2004/38/EC. I wonder will this be ok. I must ring them
tomorrow and see what they say.
