this exam is a strange one because i was fearing it coming up to it then did
what i thought was my best exam.. yet failed!!!

there seems to be quite few options on what questions to do, ye stay away from
one case question as it requires too much detail..

id say an understanding of each topic is important.maybe last time around i
just gave to much info without being coherent, i reckon thats where i fell down
on

they say its marked better than most exams because of the complexity of ec law
so id say emphasis should be on clear and coherent understanding rather than
reems of cases and law...
