In the examiners report of April 08 (question 7), the examiner mentions two cases - Laval un Partneri and The International Transport Workers' Federation and the Finnish Seaman's Union. My notes don't have anything on them. Anyone able to give me a quick note on their relevance to Free movement of workers?
