Hi Guys, My notes for some of the subject areas in Tort are a couple of years old and in learning Nervous Shock I came accross a 2003 case of "Cruddy" regarding a hospital porter wittnessing family and friends coming into his hospital after being in an accident.
The case was on appeal to the Supreme Court and Im just wondering has it been ruled upon yet?
