I agree with you on this BUT the examiner doesn't seem to! There are at least 3 questions (since 2006 - i.e. SOG was on twice in 2005) which, in real life, I would answer with reference to the Sale of Goods Act, 1893. However, for each of those questions, the exam report says nothing about Sale of Goods at all... My view of it is that the legislation wouldn't have helped you since 2005 and, in another wonderful law society move - Sale of Goods isn't even on the syllabus!
