That's fair enough, point taken. My only concern was in this climate
picking the area you want is a rare occurance and therefore a wide
base makes one more suitable in general. But you sound dedicate to
your aim, so I wish you all the best in it. I don't exactly relish the
thought of wills and probate either!!
