I completely agree with the advice given by b05bf1e4 all being equal
go for contract, but if you have some sort of wierd affliction that
you actually find property really interesting then maybe go for that.
With these FE - 1's never underestimate how important a personal
interest in the subject can be. It can make study that little bit
easier, and at the end of the day its all about getting 50% not
writting a thesis!
