The wording of this rule causes a huge amount of confusion. It applies
to those who have five or more exemptions as a result of having taken
a law degree prior to 1996/1997. There can't be too many of those
left!
The only limitation for the rest of us is that we must present for
four exams and pass three. You can do them one at a time after that if
you wish.
