Environmental compliance standards and, in general, any sort of
regulatory compliance regime is gold to be familiar with, and will
continue to be gold in the future.

Re medical negligence - all you'd need is "medical PIAB" to get in the
way of things.

Human rights and the interaction local government (e.g. housing law
etc) would be something which should be on the "up" - but only up to
such point as local government upgrades its own standards etc.
