Hi F, I have the Bastow, Charleton Combined Acts which I used in Oct '07 and which were permissable* in Spring '09.
Let me know what the Law Soc say in relation to Autumn '09. *The Gill & MacMillan edition is 2005 although the website requires 2000. This did not impede my use of the act in '07 but you must check.
