Hey ya, studying for it by myself as well. I passed it last time but
as I only passed 2/4 i'm back at it again.  It's one of the smaller
courses thankfully but thats mean there is not much you can leave out.
Consumer protection, Agency and Quasi Contracts are 3 chapters that I
would advise you that you don't need to learn but the rest of it you
need to go through and know.

Looking at the exam grid there always seems to be frequent essay Q's
on both privity and illegal contracts. Last sitting there was no essay
question on either of them so my only tip (and this is my opinion, not
heard about what griffith are tipping) is that possibly they could be
due up - and essay q's are easier than the problems if you know it!
But the best advice is to learn 'a bit about everything' that way you
are covered.
