Hi, Just wondering if anybody could tell me if its' worth doing pure economic loss in tort. I've pretty much everything else covered. I know it came up in April 09', does mean its unliely to come up again? If I was to start it I'd be doing it straight from Mc Mahon and Binchy so if anybody knows any vital cases to know relating to it that would be great. Any advice would be great. Thanks
