Hi Mark, the criminal law examiner does seem to pay attention to topical issues. I'm note sure what the most recent developments are because I'm not taking criminal but maybe check if there are new Law Reform Commission consultation papers or reports which fit into the syllabus. Also a quick scan through the archive of the Irish Times or Law Society Gazette for any criminal case law or legislative updates might be of assistance.
